                  For utility models and industrial designs licensed by foreign countries, the subsidy targets are patent demonstration, high-tech, technological and innovative enterprises above the municipal level, with a subsidy of CNY 5,000 per patent. The total subsidy for each company does not exceed CNY 250,000 per year.

                  The same invention, utility model and industrial design are licensed in different countries and regions, and count as one patent.

Effective maintenance After the domestic invention patent is authorized, it will remain valid for 3 years from the date of authorization, and each item will be subsidized CNY 500;

Huzhou

                    Units that have obtained invention patents authorized in other foreign countries will receive a subsidy of CNY 40,000 for each patent and CNY 30,000 for each individual patent. The same invention patent subsidies up to two authorized countries or regions.

                    Units that have obtained foreign utility model patents will receive a subsidy of CNY 10,000 per patent and an individual subsidy of 5,000 yuan per patent. The same utility model can subsidize up to two authorized countries or regions.

Domestic          For domestic invention patents, CNY 10,000 will be subsidized after authorization.

                   For units and individuals that have obtained domestic utility model and appearance design patent authorizations, the patents entrusted by agencies with patent agency qualifications will be funded by CNY 1,000 and CNY 500 respectively.

                   Self-applied for each patent to subsidize CNY 600 and CNY 400 respectively.

                   The above-mentioned funding targets all refer to the first patentee who is an enterprise, public institution, social organization or individual at the same level in Jiaxing City.

                  For units with more than 10 patents in the same year, an additional CNY 200/patent will be added.

Jinhua
