Domestic patent

Grant rewards CNY 1,500 for every invention of enterprises.

Grant rewards CNY 1,000 for every invention of individuals.

Grant rewards CNY 150 for every utility model and design.

International patents

Grant no more than CNY 20,000/patent/country for patent protection grant in the U.S., Japan and Europe;

Grant no more than CNY 20,000/patent/country for patent protection grant in countries except those above;

Grant no more than CNY 1,000,000 for enterprises;

Grant no more than CNY 100,000 for individuals.
