Hu Jiabo' practice encompasses all aspects of patent law including obtaining, managing, licensing, and enforcing patents and patent portfolios.  He has extensive experience in drafting and prosecuting utility and design applications.

In the electrical, mechanical and software arts, he has worked in diversified technologies including wireless and communication networks, audio/video signal compression and encoding, digital rights management, semiconductor memory devices, display devices, headphones, printers, microphones, electrical generation machines, and integrated circuits. He also has considerable experience in preparing infringement and validity opinions, drafting claims to cover industry standards, and in patent pool evaluation and administration.
