As CDIO, Liu Wei is responsible for designing and driving strategic plans to help the company attract, support, and enhance its diverse talent. Liu Wei collaborates with company leaders and stakeholders to implement and promote the company's diversity and inclusivity plan. Liu Wei is also committed to enriching the company's inclusive environment through education, the internet, and the participation of professionals throughout the company.

Developing innovative methods to collaborate with corporate clients, local business and legal communities, and law schools to deepen diversification initiatives is also his top priority as CDIO.
