Jianqi is a seasoned patent attorney in drafting and prosecuting patent applications related to electrical and computer engineering technologies before the SIPO, as well as experience in counseling clients in various aspects of patent portfolio management. She has a broad exposure in a variety of technology areas, including Artificial Intelligence (AI) and machine learning technologies, wearable electronic devices, Light Detection and Ranging (LiDAR) technologies, standard communication protocols, digital signal processing, electrical circuits, mobile/smartphone applications, battery charging systems for automobiles, and semiconductors.

As a mediator of the People's Mediation Committee for Intellectual Property Disputes in Hebei Province, he represented a large number of patent applications during his practice, covering machinery, new energy, automobiles, etc., and solved a number of patent invalidation and patent litigation cases.
