Sun takes part in all aspects of intellectual property law, including patents, trademarks and copyrights, with a focus on the preparation and prosecution of U.S. patent applications and client counseling for both foreign and domestic clients.

Additionally, Sun advises clients on all aspects of enforcement of their patent portfolio, along with providing litigation and technical support for patent infringement matters. He also has experience in all areas of intellectual property licensing.
