Zhang Haowei is a member of Shengxun's Biotechnology/Pharmaceutical Group. He has extensive experience in prosecuting patent applications and writing opinions regarding patentability, infringement and freedom-to-operate.   His work focuses on biotechnology area including nucleic acid and polypeptide sequences, antibodies, and pharmaceuticals, as well as advanced materials area. He has consulted clients in negotiating licensing and joint development agreements and conducted related due diligence.
