Keep Moving Forward
-the orientation training of Shengxun Group for new employees in August
New staffs are the new forces for Shengxun to have further development. In order to make new employees understand the corporate culture, quickly join the team and cultivate the awareness of unity and teamwork spirit, a new employee orientation training was given in 2002 conference room, T2 Shengtai China Building on the morning of August 13.
The training was carried out indoor as the pandemic is ongoing.
At first it was the game time. The trainer divided participants into several teams according to colors of cards at their hands. Every team had a captain and a team name, and then took part in the game of drawing and guessing while having much fun. All participants loved the game very much and challenged themselves in the game.
The trainer graded performance of every team, and the winning team won the prize awarded by General Manager Mr. Liu. After the game was over, 3 participants won the lucky draw, and shared their feelings. In the end, all participants took a group photo.
As a rule, the second part of the training is “complaining”. Everyone was encouraged to talk about things to be improved in Shengxun, and offer suggestions for sustainable development.
Finally General Manager Mr. Liu gave a wrap-up speech. “Just like the sun rising at 8 in the morning, new employees are energetic, and it is hoped that all new employees could build teamwork spirit, and keep improving skills and professional competence. Surely we could carve out a bright future together”, said Mr. Liu.
In this orientation training, everyone learned something while having fun, made a little difference, and clearly knew their responsibilities and trust from colleagues. Every new employee was encouraged to play their part well in the company.
